6 months ago I don’t know where to begin or start. I had a problem with my 2025 GMC Acadia l needed to go to Texas for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Buick dealership in Monroe was completely booked up until Thanksgiving eve so I called Jim Taylor in Rayville and spoke with Mr. Carter. He and Mrs Amy scheduled a appointment for me they were very helpful and friendly and they got it taken care of for me. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for the Service department in Rayville.
