2 months ago Honestly, God sent. Brand new car completely died and the guy who showed up was extremely nice and respectful. He tried to see if he could figure out what was wrong with it while we waited for my parents to meet us to pick my son up. Brought me to dealership and made sure I was taken care of and in a rental before leaving. I cant thank them enough.

4 years ago I had a wonderful experience. If you need a part, they compare companies to get you the best price for what you are looking for! All the staff are nice, & are 100% honest. There is a lady at the front desk, her name is April. She is so sweet. So if you need anything for your car, give them a call. You won’t regret it!

3 years ago I’ve used Mr. & Mrs. Poteet, 171 Automotive since 2011. April has run the front desk for years and she is Amazing! Any job I’ve brought to them they’ve fixed it the first time! This last go around I 🤙 because my passenger side was leaking rusty water and they needed to replace a water pump! Then I asked for an alignment Chris replaced All the parts that it needed to make that happen, checked the entire front end, shocks and struts needed to be replaced, it rides like a dream! Thank You

7 years ago Looked at my vehicle & detected its problem quickly. April in the office was great explaining the issues & gave me the costs. They fixed it right then & I will be back to fix a seperate issue soon. Call & make an appointment. You won’t be disappointed in them! My dad has only used them with all of their vechiles the past 14+ years with nothing but good praise.

3 years ago I highly recommend this place!!! It was well after hours when I needed to be towed. The man, presumably the owner, left his dinner to come take my info, and set up when and where I wanted my vehicle towed. He was very efficient and friendly!! I am very satisfied
