I mostly drop off packages here to be shipped, they have always made delivery & package drop off is is quick. They do offer other services here on site more akin to what one might expect from a Kinkos they list outside. Can’t speak to any bad service I have not had that issue.

This UPS Store has the worst customer service of any UPS Store I have ever been to. I travel during most of the year, and I often have packages delivered to UPS Stores. Today I attempted to pick up one package in my name and two in my wife’s name. The employees refused to allow me to pick up my wife’s packages, and when an employee called a manager, the manager refused as well. This is in spite of the fact that the email from UPS states that people are allowed to pick up packages addressed to others. The email states: “If you are picking up the package and are not the addressee, you will also be required to provide the tracking number.” Not only did the employees refuse to allow me to pick up the packages, but they were rude and acted as if they did not care. When my wife called the store and told the employee that one package contained medication she needed, the employee’s response was “I don’t care.” The stupidity of all this is that UPS will drop off packages on doorsteps, not knowing who picks them up, but the store would not give them to me even though we have the same last names and I had the emails from both UPS and the sender. And the irony is that the employees never even looked at my ID for the package in my name. If you have any other options, do not go to this store.
