8 years ago I had the unfortunate experience of having the starter go bad on my car while I was about 45 miles from home. Luckily, I have AAA Premier service, so I called them for help. And that is when I met Marcel Jackson of 1st Choice Towing. Marcel arrived super quick to help me (actually within 10 minutes after he was called), and not only reassured me he would get my car safely towed to the shop of my choice, but also made sure he got me right into his truck, which was a cool blessing after I had been sitting in the hot Louisiana sun! He was super professional, and even made sure that he gave me the AAA app information so I could have it downloaded on my phone and ready to use the next time I needed to contact AAA.
