8 months ago Our 2021 pickup just started shutting down in Broussard on the way back to New Iberia. It was a Sunday afternoon. We did not know what to do. We called Southern Towing and they were so nice. They said that they could pick us up in the time it would take for them to drive from New Iberia to us. The driver was able to get the truck battery enough juice to get it in neutral and up on the truck. He brought us back to New Iberia to a mechanic. He told us that we could call our insurance to get reimbursed. We gladly paid the very reasonable price. He was right. Our insurance paid. He also told us that they can pick us up any where in Louisiana. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to call them if we should need them again. We highly recommend!
