a year ago Little country place that is nice and quiet. Kitchen was closed but they have one with a dining room. Also have a little casino if that is your thing. The women’s restroom was out of order but the restrooms were clean. I would make this store be were you can come get all the Louisiana goodies like boudin, seasonings, snacks, novelties and have my kitchen open longer with a good creole and Cajun food menu.

2 years ago Wife and I needed a good ,safe spot to stop for the night, get some rest, a tire changed, and hope for some good food. Man alive we got some really amazing food and service with a smile. First time in a long time that I didn’t have to add a drop of salt or pepper to anything. The chicken fried steak and hamburger steak were delicious. The broccoli casserole , green beans rice and peach cobbler were outstanding!!! Super friendly crew there. Definitely marking this spot down for a great place to stop.

4 years ago Cool place. It had the feeling of an old country store in the middle of nowhere. Come to think of it, it was in the middle of nowhere. If I wouldn’t have gotten gas there, I would’ve been in terrible shape. I got in and out with no problem. I kept wondering where are the people. Kind of strange.

6 years ago Mens/women’s bathroom and shower. Urinal in men’s was broken, toilet only.

a year ago Food’s good decent priced parking lot is paved as a truck driver I’m definitely going to be back. Bathrooms were actually clean and kept up. Something tells me I think it’s under new ownership

2 years ago Shrimp gumbo was excellent!!! You just have to dodge all the craters in the parking lot … Still very large parking area to stay overnight !! Staff is very friendly & courteous!!!
