7 months ago I was stranded in a parking lot with a dead car. The first service my roadside assistance sent out tried to jump battery with no success. So I called back and they decided to send out tow truck. When Phil with Scooby’s Towing showed up he checked my battery again before deciding to hook up and tow. He having been a mechanic for over 13 years found the problem to be a loose connection to my battery. After tightening all connections, my car started right up. And no towing needed. 2 years ago The guy that answered the phone was polite. There wasn’t a long wait. The truck driver was very nice and took good care of the car. The price was cheaper than other places. I will definitely call again and also suggest them to friends and family!

a year ago My insurance company sent him to me when I broke down out of town. Because I didn’t know of a tow co. In the area, I was so thankful that the insurance company picked a good towing service for me. The driver was very professional and handled my Tahoe safely. He was easy to talk to so that helped the bad situation not seem so bad. If I ever need a tow again in Lafayette, I’ll definitely call Scooby’s.
