a month ago Mr. Drew was professional, pleasant, courteous, helpful and thoughtful. I needed a battery for my car and had been to 2 Autozones and a dealership prior to going to NAPA. When I went in, there were customers at the counter but I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. Mr.Drew looked up which battery I needed for my car and checked my battery and alternator to confirm it was needed before even selling me a battery. He even installed my new battery for me.
