3 months ago I have a 2008 nissan maxima that I have had several mechanic shops look at that could not diagnose the issue at all. So my bestfriend went online and found Ronald and he was spot on with my cars diagnostic over the phone after we told him what issues we were having. He came out this morning, and had my starter replaced in less than a hour…overall BEST mechanic service I have experienced in years. He know his stuff. Very professional, friendly and was willing to even answer and assist with additional questions and concerns outside of what he originally came to fix. I’m soo happy my car is back running and it was very cost affordable.I will definitely be keeping Ronald in my saved contacts for future assistance with not only my 2008 maxima he replaced the starter on, but I also have a 2022 Nissan murano that I will also let him service when needed.. thanks again Ronald. 😊

3 years ago Folks, Ronnie is a very nice and professional man. I drove in from Texas on a cold evening and needed some assistance on my truck engine. I called Ronnie about 6 pm and he showed up in 20 minutes. He assessed my truck and prepared it for safely driving it back home. I left it at his shop and he kindly gave me a ride back to my rental car. He also changed the oil and fuel filters, washed the engine bay and body. He does a great job and is very affordable and an overall nice guy! I would recommend him as your “go to” guy if you need assistance.

5 months ago Wife’s car wouldn’t start Friday morning, after finally getting to look at it in the evening, and multiple jump attempts, figured it wasn’t the battery. Googled mobile mechanics and found Ron. Great communication on when he could fit me in, gave a fair and accurate quote, and gave some advice on other stuff he noticed. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

2 years ago Mr Ronnie is so amazing! We had a tire blow out at 1 am in the morning. We were traveling back home from Bible study ( our church home is 1 hour and 30 mins away). After calling 14 different tow truck companies, stuck outside for over an hour on the side of the interstate, Mr Ronnie was the only person willing to come out and help us take off 3 stripped lug nuts and change our tire. He also check our check engine light to make sure we could make it home safely. He is soooo professional, reasonably priced, and an awesome communicator. He is also very timely. I have saved his info and plan on using his services again. He is rare gem and we are blessed to have been able to use his services.

8 months ago What a SPECTACULAR experience in our time of need!! Our Ford F-150 slowly started shutting down as we drove on the busy freeway of I-10 from New Orleans toward Baton Rouge. We decided to exit to be off of the freeway before the truck totally died but, unbeknownst to us, there were no businesses anywhere near after exiting. We called a local Ford dealership for help and they offered us a service appointment 4 days from our immediate need for help! Thanks, but no thanks. We were so stressed out because we had experienced a shutdown the day before while parked in front of our New Orleans hotel out in the street….thought it was the battery so had AAA replace it. We said a prayer to find someone to help us on this rural road in Louisiana. Then we did an internet search for a roadside emergency service which led us to “24 Hr Mobile Tech of Louisiana”. We called the company and 20 minutes later, our guardian angel, Ron, from the company came to our rescue!! Seriously…this was the BEST service you can imagine. He listened to our description of the problem we had with our vehicle and then quickly completed a diagnostic test which confirmed what he thought was the issue. The alternator had gone out. He quickly removed the failed alternator and drove to O’Reiley’s to purchase a replacement. He returned in about 40 minutes, replaced the part, and we were ready to go. It was the most efficient road service we had ever experienced. Ron was professional, personal, efficient and compassionate. What a winning combination! If you find yourself in need of emergency vehicle service, “24Hr Mobile Tech” would be an excellent solution. Ron even called us 2 days after this experience to make sure we were able to travel back to Texas safely. Can you imagine that?? That’s what I call excellent customer service!

5 months ago Belt ruptured 1hr 20m from home. Found service on google. Great guy, came out got belt changed quickly. Truly grateful for his service bc I was stuck.
