9 months ago The front desk lady with the eyeliner and southern accent was a veryyy nice woman, but the company did not remove personal property from our vehicle, which they know they is LEGALLY required to do in Louisiana. Husband’s phone ended up damaged after leaving it in the sun for 2 days due to this. They also don’t let you pick up your vehicle immediately; you will need to schedule an appointment, and they are only open 3 days a week, out in the boondocks, so good luck!

11 months ago They only have one star from me because you can’t write a review without it! This company is the WORST & all they do is LIE!! My truck was in great condition when they (the owner, Mike Hebert) took it from my house, when I picked it up 2 weeks later on July 12th 2025 it was smoking, check engine light on, traction control light on, park brake light on, it makes a clicking noise, and now sounds like a dirt bike! Oh & my gas cap is gone for my gas tank! If you ever get in a bind and your car gets repossessed I hope they not the company your lien holder works with. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a year ago Just watched their tow truck driver completely run through a red light at the intersection of Airline and Siegen/Sherwood. The light for opposite traffic had long been green, but he just kept going anyway. It was a very busy intersection and rush-hour, and this guy could have easily caused a very serious accident. a year ago Working with these people was the worst experience that I have ever had in customer services or basic human decency. The people who own this facility are extremely ferocious and are very quick to become irate. If you cannot agree with them in any situation regarding personal property, my best recommendation is to get the police involved because you simply cannot reason with people who behave in this manner. They will withhold personal property as collateral if you do not surrender the key to a car that is not yours. They suffer an extra cost to replace the key to the car and do not want to incur it. Please proceed with caution, the environment is extremely hostile.
