Checked in with Ms.Pam (sweet & funny lady) at the service desk , told her exactly what was going on & needed an oil change & they got right on it!! Johnathan was very helpful & Honest on telling me what was wrong with my air filter.. 3 years ago Nancy Nichols was wonderful. She’s been helping me look for a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget for awhile now. She found me one, but she didn’t push me to buy it. She gave me the information and advice I needed to make a sound, informed decision. I did double check all the information I was given as I was not skeptical of her, but I’ve been done bad on car deals before so I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Everything checked out perfectly. There was a small issue with the vehicle that we weren’t aware of going in, she got it fixed for me in a timely manner. Based off the first vehicle I bought there several years ago, I wouldn’t have gone back. But, there are new people and with that comes change, and after this I will very likely be going back when/if I decide to trade in several years. I was pleased with Nancy and the rest of the staff and I highly recommend you see her if you visit them. She doesn’t hard sell – she actually helps you decide if the deal is right for you and if it isn’t, she helps you figure out what is.
