Edited a year ago Chris Coupel at Robichaux Ford made the sales process for my Ford Mustang Mach-e relatively painless. The car pricing was straight forward, and he was flexible with my schedule. For example, I was able to get 5-day tags for a weekend test drive, sign the paperwork on a separate day and he came and picked up the check from me on a different day in order to work with my schedule. He was knowledgeable about the car and provided a good walkthrough. I wish the paperwork signing process was faster but it is what it is. Regardless, thank you for the good experience and my family looks forward to enjoying our new ride.

The customer service experience was so horrible at Terrebonne Ford for the 7 years that I dealt with them that I was willing to completely cut all ties with Ford to avoid future interactions. I started dealing with Robichaux and the experience has been totally different. The customer service has been great. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they made buying and all service appointments easy and no hassle.
