7 months ago Traveling from Houston to Birmingham and had a flat tire out of nowhere at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. A local recommended this place at the gas station I made it to and they were amazing. John had me back on the road by 9:45 with a used tire. Cannot thank him enough for the quick service.

a year ago We are from Texas and ended up with a dead alternator and stranded for a total of 7 hours. Had a few bumps with an employee who was dispatched to help and flaked on us and hoping the owners deal with that as it’s a bad look for them. The woman, who, I’m assuming, is the owner/boss lady…. Thank you for your help and patience with my family. It’s never easy being broke down with 3 kids. I am beyond thankful for all your help. And the mechanic who actually helped us, Eli, that man deserves so much! He got our alternator changed out in no time and had us back on the road finally. He was beyond polite and professional, and I can not thank him enough. Highly recommend this company if your in the area and in need of help. Not letting one bad egg ruin a company that was amazing.

3 years ago Late 5-26-2023 our insurance company sent Double J Roadside Assistance to tow our vehicle home after it broke down at a gas station. When these two men showed up… I cannot lie, I was apprehensive. HOWEVER these two men, John and Daniel, are the hardest working men I’ve seen in a long time. They worked tirelessly to get our vehicle onto their trailer, their troubleshooting and problem solving skills are beyond par, and their concern for me and my well being was an unexpected bonus. I will recommend these men and their company from now on. Thank you, John and Daniel, for bringing your rainbow unicorns to ensure our vehicle, as well as ourselves, made it home safely.

5 years ago I highly recommend this company they were the only company I called that were will to help me and I can’t even begin to tell you how much I appreciated it. Last night as I traveled to Louisiana from Texas I hit a large piece of metal in the middle of I-10 and it was stuck under my car I was dragging it I got to the side of the road and called my cars blue link road side assistance they told me it would be 3 hours but I could try to find someone on my own. After calling every tow company in the Vinton, Sulphur, Lake Charles area no one wanted to help me. I happened to stumble across Double J Roadside Assistance as I began to explain to the women on the phone my situation and that I was thinking that if we could just lift the car up the object would come out and I can drive off no towing necessary she immediately said they do have jacks and she would send someone right away. By this time I had been on the side of the road for almost 3 hours I was so glad to hear someone was finally going to help me. The driver was there with in 15 minutes he jacked the car up pulled it out and I was on my way again within 5 minutes of him getting there. I couldn’t thank him enough he was very polite and professional once again I so appreciate the help. Oh and the price was very reasonable as well the tow services were going to charge astronomical prices.

2 years ago My rental car broke down on I-10 in Lake Charles. With traffic, it was going to take awhile for the tow-truck to get to me. But Julie came to my rescue and picked me up to bring me to the airport to get a new car. It was so incredibly nice of her to go out of her way when she was out running errands. If I ever break down again, I hope it’s in Double J’s service area 🙂
