6 months ago I was stuck. Cold, rainy morning and sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I gave Aaron’s a call just to get an update and they were so accommodating. I told him that I was waiting with the vehicle and didn’t have another ride home, and he hung up and called me back 2 minutes later to let me know that he was able to switch things around and the driver was en route and would arrive in 14 minutes. David showed up just a few minutes later and got me towed and we talked trains on the way home. It always sucks to need a tow, but now I know who to call every single time. I’ve got their card in my wallet. Thank you for being dependable and understanding.
