a year ago I don’t typically do reviews and this is way overdue. We were stuck with a flat in a parking garage at a hotel with no lights, just not the place to change a flat with a jack past its prime. After multiple companies took the job and no showed Direct Towing agreed and was out to us and had us fixed in less than 45 minutes after waiting hours for others. We really appreciate their fast service. I don’t remember his name, but this was two months ago and his kindness, professionalism, and speed are still appreciated enough for me to still do a Google review well after. Definitely your go to towing company in NOLA.

a year ago My elderly mother hit a curb and popped her tire right by my house. After 3 failed attempts to get roadside assistance in a timely fashion from some other companies, I called these guys. They were professional, gave me an accurate eta, and were incredibly nice. They did a great job and even made sure the spare had proper air before calling the job done. Bookmarked for my own use and will recommend to others!

4 years ago Our car broke down at 10:30 at night. The gentlemen from Direct towing answered my call and were at my location in 20 minutes. The driver was super friendly and accommodating. Before we knew it, the car was hooked up, and we were on our way home. Terrific company, super accommodating, and went above and beyond. Great experience, and should I need another tow, I am calling Direct Towing.

2 years ago Superior tow service. We all know how stressful it is to be stranded with a broken car. This gentleman’s tow service helps alleviate that stress by showing up when scheduled, very friendly attitude and excellent communication. Would recommend his tow service to anyone without the slightest hesitation. I now have him in my contacts should the need again arise. Give him a call and you’ll see why that’s the case.
