Finally stopped to take the tour. For a small fee you get the tour with a sampling of 6 of their rums. Which all taste great. I never knew I was a rum person before! They have a great store too.

Made a short day trip to visit. Although we didnt get to take the tour due to time, this is still a great place to visit. The gift shop was very well stocked, had exactly what I was looking for. Prices were very reasonable for their gift items. If you visit, be sure to ask for Hannah. She was AMAZING. She was able to answer questions and even gave advice for other items we were looking for.

We had a wonderful time! Our guide was very informative and pleasant. The grounds, distillery, and event center appeared very well kept. 100% the tour and taste testing.

My wife and I decided to check this place out since I drive by it multiple times a week and the curiosity had been eating at me. We did a tour and it was definitely worth the small fee because it was truly impressive hearing about history and the process. I’ve bartended for many years and have a general knowledge of the process but seeing it in person makes you realize how much work goes into getting these amazing products prepared for purchase. The tour guide was fantastic (think his name was Cade)and kept everything flowing and entertaining. At the end we were allowed to sample 7 different bottles and discovered that even though neither of us are big rum fans there were two that we will likely start keeping at our home (the satsuma and the coffee liqueur/rum). I definitely suggest this tour to anyone that has a bit of time and wants to try something new.

We hosted a small customer event here and it was perfect. Staff was very accommodating – really big space, you could pack some people in there – huge projection screen. Nice gift store. Affordable venue, but call ahead – they are booked quite a ways out. Easy to get to from Lake Charles. Plenty of parking.

Staff was super sweet, our tour guide was amazing. And you get to try 7 different types of rum. The coffee one is by far #1 and the second ,if you like gin like me, is the pink one. 100% recommend coming here. Plus it is beautiful!
