a year ago I called after hours on a holiday weekend. They told me it would be an hour before they could get to me but showed up 30 minutes later, in a storm. The 1 hour job they had been working was going to take much longer. So, the owner drove out and took care of me himself. He was extremely kind, professional, and got me back on my way. Highly, highly recommend.
