This is my second time dealing with Amy. Both times previously over phone and this time in person both times she was very polite and helpful! This time I was waiting my turn I noticed immediately not everyone is nice to her. Just Immediately getting loud and being disrespectful with her. She was at getting screamed for several minutes from the young man and young lady in front of me. All due to the state laws that the company has too follow. I will say that after a couple times of her asking them to stop cussing at her. It was at that point she did get stern and demanded respect. But nothing out of line like the reviews I read suggest. Especially considering what they were saying to her. After all that chaos when it was my turn she treated me kindly and with respect from first words spoken and I did the same. She answered all my questions and never got rude. She showed me video of car parked wrong because my daughter thought she was in a visitor spot. She was not lol I had to wait for the keys to get dropped off to me and I witnessed a couple more interactions with customers and she was nothing but nice and they were too. I was mad about my daughter being towed but in the end it was her fault. I went straight back to apartments and the signs are clear visitors park in visitor spot and the spots definitely have visitor marked on ground. From my perspective it is the perfect example of treat someone how you want to be treated no matter the situation.

Not a bad experience! Amy was nice and helpful. But I will say the process is very aggravating if you don’t own the car. The laws are ridiculous even if your parents own the car. Amy helped explaining the laws and the release process.

Let me start with I was not a fan! But I do want to be a journalist so I have to learn to be fair and unbiased. I just did my end of year paper on Riverside. I was able to observe customer interactions in person and phone calls. The number of customers that show up with a nasty attitude from jump is insane! And after reading google or yelp reviews while being able to track actual customer interaction to bad review they left when really knowing what happened for myself I was shocked at the lies told! Let me say It is sad, I found that people just get behind a keyboard and tell lies on a company just because they don’t like what they do. Not because they are bad at the job or don’t provide a good service, just simply because they are mad they got towed for parking wrong. They are bashing a company with 25 years of experience and with no tickets on file from state police towing unit and LPSC shows a fine for late filing of annual report last year, nothing else! So never ticketed for overcharging or towing vehicles illegally as many people claim. These very things that they get accused of doing but have NEVER been ticketed on any of it. Riverside is regulated by LSP TRU and LPSC. LSP TRU has complaints filed for illegal tow but every complaint has been found to be a legal tow and closed satisfactory. LSP has NEVER charged Riverside for illegally towing a car or not having proper paperwork for each contract they have. LPSC does receive complaints for overcharging but Riverside has NEVER been found to overcharge in 25 years! During my month long observation multiple people a day asked to see the video evidence of car parked wrong. And EVERY time the customer was proved to be in the wrong. That always upset customer more to be shown they were parked wrong. I watched grown men and women make threats to Riverside office workers and be so disrespectful over themselves being in the wrong. You all are adults not children so why when you get met with the same energy you are giving and you get shut down. Then you feel like you need to go to the internet and make up lies or exaggerated stories on a company and employees. It was a crazy experience but I am thankful for the opportunity. Now wish me luck on my paper!!

As a property manager, I have really enjoyed my experience with Riverside Towing so far. They are prompt to reply, very friendly to work with, and respond quickly to calls. Their signs alone are an excellent determent. If you are having issues with parking, I would highly recommend them.

Marcus helped me and my roommate last week, he is the BEST!!! Otherwise yeah this company sucks and is overpriced but Marcus is GREAT

This is my second time dealing with riverside! I will say, my opinion has changed! markus is an absolute delight, he was so kind & understanding to my situation & even helped look at the bottom of my car where it was broken! he deserves the world!
