a month ago They contract for AAA. I needed simple battery service, and they took 2 hours and had to send a tow truck that can only jump. AAA should look for a more competent contractor that can provide the requested service quickly and efficiently.

They wouldn’t give our friend his car until we drove away. 2. She pointed rudely at us with her pen. 3. She called me big back and my back is definitely unbig. She was very rude and discriminatory towards us

a year ago The facility is nasty. The employees have bad attitudes even when you’re just trying to get your car back. The phone’s barely get answered so if you have a question than good luck figuring it out. Also be prepared to pay a good chunk of change. Their receipts make no sense as well, it seems like they genuinely just want to price gouge tourists and college students with their practices. *This is simply just my experience and it may be different for you.

a year ago They are absolutely terrible! The attitudes are absolutely HORRIBLE ! They put stickers on leaving residue and refuses to take it off properly! Then saying they’ll charge how ever much they want ! Someone take them out of business ASAP!
