2 years ago Hood ended up having the exact vehicle I wanted, with the 2024 Traiblazer I purchased. Roseanne in sales is very knowledgeable, wonderful to deal with, and very patient and understanding with me, after a couple of hiccups drug the buying process out longer than intended. Would definately purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Edited 3 years ago Very pleased and happy I stopped . I was about to get on I55 and head for McComb for a failed tire on my new 2000 mi car . Hood Motor Amite had a new tire next day AND at 0 cost put a temp plug in my new car tire! And the car didn’t come from them. The staff inside were kind and stopped and chatted. At least 5 staff in 2 days talked at length with me.

a year ago It’s actually less expensive to have my oil changes and tire rotation done here, than where I previously had it done at grease monkey or take 5. Who knew?!

7 years ago Excellent service department, i had messed up on my appointment but they took my vehicle back anyways and done a full service and actually inspected my truck and checked all filters and serviceable parts. A recall was also repaied while i was there and wait time was just over an hour, ive spent several hours at other dealerships even with an appointment so i was very pleased and would recommend the service department to anyone in the area.
