5 months ago I worked with a dispatcher named vicki. They were super helpful and accommodating. I had a very unorthodox situation where I was towing a nonworking truck on a trailer with my truck. The truck I was towing with broke down. So now I had two trucks and a trailer that needed to get out of state on a long distance tow. They worked hard to find a big enough rig that could help me out, and had a tow hitch on the tow truck. Excellent customer service.
