3 months ago I had just picked up my Tahoe from the mechanics after having the transmission rebuilt. This mechanic had my vehicle for eight weeks. Yes, 8 weeks 😡 I picked it up yesterday. A couple hours later. I’m broke down and it won’t start in the Walmart parking lot. I call RJ’s Towing at 4:22 PM and talk to Joey. My tow truck driver, Jake, arrives at 4:42 PM. In minutes, he’s backed up, hooking up my Tahoe, loaded it up on his flatbed and we are on our way. ARRIVED IN 22 MINUTES!!!!! 22 MINUTES!!!!! Mind you, on January 7, when I originally broke down, the tow company I had to use through AAA took 4 hours to get to me. My daughter recommended RJ’s Towing and I am so glad I listened to her. 22 MINUTES Y’ALL!!!!!! When they say they don’t play around, they mean it. They don’t play around. They come to you immediately. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve 100+. Thank you Joey!!!!! Thank you Jake!!!!! Jake, my tow truck driver, was very very professional!!!!! He deserves 100+ stars also.

10 months ago This place is crooked. They towed my vehicle and refused to bring it to my house. Once at their lot, they claimed to have lost the paperwork and refused to release my car to the insurance company for 10 days. Thank God I just happened to call the insurance to check on it. They got us for over $600 in tow and storage fees.
