4 years ago Our Tiffan Phaeton broke down in Lake Charles on our trip east to FL. We first contacted Jeff in the parts department and he was able to find us a part we needed. He even contacted us the next day to follow-up. Another critical failure was discovered and we needed a mechanic. We spoke with James the service manager and he was able to work us in for service. He kept us informed during the entire process.The mechanic Chad and the ladies in the service department were professional and helpful. They have a dog friendly customer waiting area. James and his crew were able to fix our RV that day. A big thank you to the entire team at Martin truck center for getting us back on the road!

6 years ago The service was excellent. We had a DEF and engine degrade faults on our motor home and the tech diagnosed and fixed the problem and had us back on the road in less than 24 hours. The business had a dog friendly waiting room and we were able to stay on the property.

6 years ago We had our brake line repaired at another facility. As we went down the road, the brake system alarm would not go off. We called Martin’s ad asked if we could stop by and have them look at it. They handled us a walk-in and we had a short wait. They fixed the alarm and we were on our way. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgable. Highly recommend Martin Truck Center.

8 years ago They got me in and out within three days which is not bad compare to other places which could be more than a week, and don’t pay attention to the negative reviews and the ratings should be four point something, smh, some people should not be allow to rate.
