These girls that answer the phone listened to me, my mom is 79 with a bad shoulder and short and lives in Oregon. Told me what my mom would need. Made an appt for me. Then my mom went over a day early to check out what she was buying. They actually installed it for her right then. It was so much easier for my mom to use them her other one. They treated her so nice. Thank you for everything. Customer service is just as important as the fantastic product.
