7 months ago My vehicle had two large scrapes across the passenger side door. I had concerns that the paint would be difficult to match because of the age. Dustin Briley and his crew did an outstanding job matching it and returning it to its original condition. You cannot even tell it was ever damaged. Highly recommend their work. Thanks All!

3 months ago Becky was very kind to take the time to remove the paint transfer from my vehicle.and explain why they were unable to repair the dent due to the make of my car. I had taken my car to two other places for quotes and non one had mentioned they were certified to work on my vehicle. I am very thankful I stopped by here. Highly recommend taking your car to them.

11 months ago This past weekend, we were unpleasantly surprised when our coolant light turned on and we couldn’t open our hood. We stopped at 2 other places that were unable to service us. The dealership was booked for weeks and couldn’t squeeze us in. We were coming in from out of town and were not very familiar with any mechanics in the area. I cannot begin to express how amazing the team at Briley’s is. The owner stepped out and took time out of his busy day to immediately lend us a hand. It took some time but he was able to help us out and soon we were on our way back to Covington. His team assisted and ensured we were able to open the hood and shut it before we left. The customer service was amazing and I can not get over how helpful and kind they were. If you are in need of a good mechanic and body shop finding a trust worthy and reliable one is essential! I have no doubt that the team at Briley’s will take care of your car needs. Thank you so much again for going out of your way to help us out!!! Its a shame that people who had an arrest and their car towed get to bring down the score for this shop. Tim, Jeremy and Mr. Briley were so helpful. I can see how getting arrested and my my car towed in a different state will be upsetting, but that should not be allowed to deflect from the great service these guys give.

3 years ago I hit a stupid pole by the gas pump. It pulled my rear end out, broke drive shaft, dent my bed, and had some bad rubs in paint. . They match the paint perfect got me a new shaft and a new rear end. Look brand new.

a year ago I wrecked my car and had it towed to Briley’s. The ladies in the office are amazing! They dealt with my insurance company during the process of totaling my car which kept my steas level low. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone needing paint and bodywork on a vehicle.

11 months ago My truck looked brand new when I picked it up after hail damage. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Always kept me up to date and even let me see it while it was tore down. Will bring my next body work there.
