5 years ago Rick’s is the place to get your RV. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your new RV are good to go. We drove over 6 hours to get our RV from them (only place that had the model we wanted) and I would do it again. 100 out of 10 would recommend Rick’s RV to anyone looking for a RV.

5 years ago Rick’s RV has great customer service! Tyler sold us out first RV and we love it. Exactly what we were looking for. Found them on RVTrader.com and I and recommending them to you! We got the “complete package” out the door with everything from sales to setup how to! They were so helpful in assisting us in getting started. Everyone here was very friendly. Even the service techs were courteous and helpful and able to answer weird questions we had. Thanks to the guys here at Ricks!!

Edited 10 months ago I’d give 6 stars if I could. This place was worth the drive for us. They are very transparent with any issues/concerns. We were able to drop our camper off for repairs on a Saturday and by Monday they had already started working on it! I called multiple places in Lake Charles and never got a response in that time period (much less even all call back ever). They did an amazing job on the repair and we had our camper back I less than a month! I was hoping to at least have it back by November and they surpassed my expectations! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better place. We will be back when we are ready for a new camper or ever need repairs!

4 years ago Everyone here is so nice and very well educated with all the products they sell. Purchased a new Keystone Montana Legacy in November 2021. Had one small issue while on our first trip called them up walk me thru it 2 minutes later it was fixed. Absolutely love this dealership. Highly recommend. Everyone loves there job which makes dealing with them awesome.

a year ago If you are in the Market for an RV, I strongly recommend Ricks RV Sales in Ville Platte. We camp a lot. Our experience with them was very stress free. From their easy to use Website to their hassle free sales process, the entire experience with Ricks RV was incredible. Their knowledge of their product was very important to us. We wanted a specific Montana they had in stock and they knew everything about the RV when we asked questions. They researched to make sure my truck could handle the RV as well. The post closing walk through was very informative and their service team did a great job getting our new Montana ready for the road.
