4 months ago I had a great experience at this location today the lady behind the counter think her name is also Ashley she is so nice and very welcoming and she is always smiling. She goes above and beyond and always willing to help guest. We need more people like her. The store is always clean and food is always fresh. I love this location

Edited 2 years ago This is the reason why some of us write reviews. This location has done a complete 180 from the last time I was here. I would now definitely recommend this location. Everything was clean and the food Walmart’s were fully stocked as they should be. Great job crew and management for making the necessary changes. I really don’t believe some of these reviews. The showers are not properly cleaned. This is my first time here and the place is a mess. Dirty tables with crumbs on almost all of them. There’s 4 shower and 3 of them were dirty and no one cleaning them. One girl at the register and the other one in the office making personal phone calls because I’m sure corporate is closed way before 10:45 pm. One girl finally starts cleaning the shower and doesn’t mop. She just takes the dirty towels and wipes the shower area and that’s it. And speaking of dirty towels, the towels here smell like wet dog. I’m glad I bring my own. Lately this has been becoming an epidemic with the pilot truck stops. Idk what’s going on. For anyone who thinks I’m lying check out the pics. The crumbs on the table are hard to see with the camera but they’re there. So its 6:30am and the manager Kristina claims they dont open until 7am. Open at 7am at a truck stop where truckers are up at all times? 9 months later and the same result. This report needs to sent to corporate

3 years ago Very professional and friendly staff and the Bean to cup coffee is awesome. Truck parking is not to bad, showers are clean with lots of hot water.
