2 months ago TOP NOTCH!!!! Very quick arrival, and very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This company has won me over for life to be my first and only call for a tow. A situation I thought was going to take a while to get me out of, Brandon got me out of very quickly and without causing anymore damage. I had been sitting for hours waiting for tow companies that my roadside had called to come help me and 1 showed up, copped an attitude and left me stranded, the other 2 never even showed up, nor answered my calls or the roadside assistance companies calls for an update. After sitting for hours frustrated I started calling places on my own, because the roadside company told me they called all of the tow companies in a 90 mile radius and no one was available. I called 6 companies and no one even answered their phones, Treehouse was my 7th call and they answered on the 1st ring and said they were available and that my roadside company hadnt called them. It seemed like no sooner than I hung up the phone I see their tow truck pulling up to rescue my family and I. If you call roadside for assistance, REQUEST TREEHOUSE TOWING, don’t waste your time dealing with unprofessional companies not showing up, not answering their phones, or showing up, copping an attitude and leaving you stranded. Treehouse Towing was a lifesaver for us, and Brandon went out of his way to make sure my family was safe and comfortable. In my recent research I found out that roadside companies will tell you no one is available to help you, because they are trying to just use companies in their network that they pay pennies to, and companies like Treehouse that aren’t contracted to them may not get called due to that reason or because the company thinks their price is too high. Don’t sit stranded, just ask for Treehouse to begin with or call them yourself. I paid them out of pocket and my roadside company reimbursed me. THANK YOU TREEHOUSE TOWING

4 months ago This is the best tow company out there!!! When our roadside assistance quoted us a 300 min wait Treehouse towing came to the rescue! Was there within the hour and since our car was extremely low to the ground Brandon helped us get it on the tow truck safely and without causing more damage!! We had to schedule a tow to the collision place and we knew we were going to use them again even if we had to pay out of pocket! They are so reasonably priced! We will use them for every tow need from here on out!!!

a month ago Called Brandon on a late Saturday afternoon he personally answered my call. My Corvette had broke down he said he’d be to pick it up within 30 minutes. Showed up on time was very professional handled my car with kid gloves. Delivered and unloaded it at dealer after hours left necessary paperwork for dealer. And took multiple photos of my car which he forwarded to me. I highly recommend Treehouse Towing Service to anyone in need.
