He was very courteous and helpful and had a nice, very clean truck with brand new tires! I would highly recommend them for their outstanding service and nice equipment!! 3 years ago I’ve used Futrell’s for my towing and roadside needs for the last 3 years. I called with a flat tire late at night on Hwy 789 and Jacob showed up in less than 45 minutes. After he finished, he gave me his number and told me to call anytime I had an issue. Since that 1st flat tire, Jacob has handled every service call for me – no matter the time. Recently, I woke up and my car wouldn’t start. I had a meeting in Alexandria that morning and was afraid I’d miss it. Jacob rescued my day AGAIN. He came to my home before 7 am and replaced the battery so I could get on the road to make my meeting. I cannot say enough about his customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. I recommend him and his drivers to my clients and trust him with my family’s needs too.
