5 years ago I just had my battery replaced by Watson. It was very convenient. He came to my work and replaced it in the parking lot, taking only about 30 minutes. He was friendly and informative. He was professional and I enjoyed our conversation during the trip. He gave my car enough of a charge so I could get to the location and have it replaced. Definitely recommend him!!

4 years ago I locked my keys in my car. Called AAA and they sent E&D EXPRESS TOWING SOLUTIONS to my rescue. Their mechanic was able to unlock my door quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

4 years ago It cost me $210 to tow my vehicle 4 miles and they didn’t even show up the day I called. I was told they would be there in 60 minutes but I had to go back the next morning to meet them for the pickup.

5 years ago Be aware, this is a middle man. Transferred me to Fidelity Roadside Services, who quoted 500 for the van + flat boat. When driver has arrived turned out nobody told him about boat so he asked for another 100usd. Called back to ED and oops I got to pay another 130 thru them or no refunds because “you signed waiver” during checkout. Do yourself a favor and call real tow company.

3 years ago This is a nightmare! We made de call at 3 pm. They made de charges to out banl account ride wait and show up with the wrong towing truck at 10 pm. Then they wants to charge again and never show up. I’m going to made an oficial report early in the morning.
