6 months ago 10 stars! I broke down outside of Alexandria with my two dogs on a Friday night. Bryan with Twisted Metal Towing came and picked me up and took me to the only shop that was open on Saturday and dropped me and my vehicle off. I had to call him back early Saturday morning because that shop couldn’t work on my vehicle, and he came and quickly picked me up and brought me to George Hauk’s Automotive (awesome shop!) to drop off my vehicle, and then he went above and beyond and drove me to the Enterprise Rental not far from here to pick up a rental car. Like usual with Enterprise, they were overbooked, so I called him back and he came back and got me and drove me to a different rental car place at the airport to get a car. I’ve broken down all over North america, and it’s a terrible feeling, especially when you have your pets with you, and Brian went out of his way to help me out. He’s good people. He’s the one I will ever call if I’m in the Alexandria area and have vehicle issues. Thank you, Bryan and Twisted Metal Towing!

3 years ago My husband and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere with car issues on the way to the beach from Texas.Called AAA and they sent out twisted metal towing to get us. To our surprise, they showed up an hour earlier than originally quoted! Randy, the owner, and his son, were very kind, professional people that did their work well. Highly recommend for great service and hassle free towing!

3 years ago We use them for all our towing needs . We have a fleet of vehicles and they are always have the best customer service and get us taken care of in a timely manner . The only tow company I have ever used that it’s like dealing with family . All the drivers are super polite and helpful.

6 years ago Came out to my backyard and helped me pull my truck out. They came quick and helped a lot. Very greatful for all they did. Would highly recommend to anyone and will use them again if needed.
