a year ago The WORST towing company ever to exist. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. First of all, this company is unprofessional, rude, and all around disrespectful. I waited THREE hours just for him to make it here and he says he’s not towing my car because I was “raising suspicion” by asking him what he was doing? Because each time you opene my car door the alarm went off due to me not having my car key which is why I needed a tow truck. The driver, told me he’s not dealing with “you people” I was not rude or disrespectful nor was I trying to offend the driver I was simply asking questions. As females we tend to do that, not only that if someone is dealing with something you own you would want be in the loop of what’s going on. The driver still refused to tow my car. I got frustrated and management did NOTHING to accommodate me after waiting three hours. This company sucks, that driver was extremely mean, rude, and disrespectful to me. I would rather be stranded than have them pick me up. You guys did nothing but inconvenience me even more. That’s not how you run a business!
