6 months ago if i could give it 0 stars, i would. this is the worst towing company I’ve ever come across. the desk lady is really, really disgustingly rude. andrew, the owner, seems to engage in her attitude and behavior, but i’m not really sure because he’s never available himself. the lady is disrespectful and her attitude is distasteful. please let this be the last company you reach out to, especially if you’re looking for someone caring to look after your vehicle.
