8 months ago This company picked up my roadside from my insurance company. Unlike many other companies, he called me and said he would be to me in 45 minutes. Also unlike other companies, he showed up 45 minutes later. I’ve had some terrible luck with state farm road side assistance, to the point I was left on the side of the road for hours until the tow company just canceled the tow without any kind of notification or phone call. So I greatly appreciate this man showing up and taking care of me today.
