6 months ago If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have never met anyone as kind and sweet as Mrs. Sherri. From the second I called to confirm this was the tow yard my car was brought to after a car accident, to the moment we left the yard with my belongings, Sherri was so helpful and compassionate, it truthfully took off an immense amount of stress dealing with a totaled car and the insurance process. 10/10 recommend!

3 years ago I will never use another towing service again if I can help it. Paul’s towing took the job although my insurance company could not find anyone to take it. Within 25 minutes of being notified, Nick arrived ready to get my vehicle home safely. He was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. I have an extremely awkward driveway and needed my truck backed into the driveway. Nick was able to successfully maneuver the tow truck and back in the vehicle into the driveway although it was 10:45 at night. He did not go into the ditch or run into the median directly in front of the driveway. The owners wife was also amazing. This company is an honest company owned by honest people. Thank you so much Paula towing for helping me!!!

8 months ago If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. These people are AMAZING!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me. You don’t find many kind and helpful people nowadays. When you need roadside assistance it is never a good situation but Sherry and Spencer were so helpful they made me feel at ease. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need roadside assistance don’t hesitate to call them. Sherry and Spencer thank you from the bottom of my heart.
