9 years ago My car stalled as I was about to cross the Greater New Orleans bridge at 4am!! 🙄 Not fun or cool. My insurance set me up with this company! Loved it!!!! The dispatcher was very sweet and patient with me. She understood it was super late/early and being on the interstate with a stalled car is no fun. The driver was awesome, Todd. Cool guy, funny jokes! 😂

9 years ago Rock and Roll is the preferred Towing provider for us at Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans. They know that these our vehicles MUST be towed by using tow hooks inside the front and rear bumpers only. That our all wheel drive vehicles require installation of a wheel hub, in order to achieve damage free towing. Their trucks and equipment are clean and well maintained, so we have full confidence in them. Thanks guys!

9 years ago One of your guys came and saved us last night and I wish we got his name. We got a flat on I-10W on the bridge between Kenner and Laplace. He showed up in less than 20 minutes and we were so grateful to have his help. He was a really great guy, he got us out of there and did all he could to get us back on our way.
