10 months ago So I’m a bit confused because the number the tow truck driver called me from pops up as a different company. Either way, I’m going to leave a five-star review for both. Tonight a gentleman came out through my insurance company to help me with a bad battery and a potential tow. It was entirely too hot even for Louisiana, but the driver was kind enough to pick me up at my house which was three or four miles down the road. He was polite and courteous. His truck was clean. As far as roadside assistance goes, I don’t think he could have done a better job. Absolutely fantastic service. Even sent me text message updates so I knew where he was on the road. Highly recommend. Would absolutely do business with again. Gave the guy some of my business cards because the sun is an aspiring rapper and I work for a recording studio. Definitely check these guys out if you need a tow or roadside assistance.
