Our tech was Dusty, and he was outstanding! Personable, experienced, and quickly resolved the issue while fully describing our alternatives for repair and replacement. 10/10 would recommend

Dusty the technician was professional; he checked the entire air conditioning and heating system, refilled Freon, installed a new filter, checked gas lines, and performed 20+ other inspections. I went into the attic to inspect the ductwork and insulation. Amazing work; we will definitely use Walters Electric & AC again! I recommend them to anyone in need of AC service and repairs, as well as an annual checkup! Guys, you ROCK!!

2 years ago Do a great job. What I do appreciate is the response I get. I can call on a weekend and at least get a response. The last time I called on I think it was a Saturday afternoon and he told me what the problem was over the phone and how to do the simple 5 min fix myself. That fixed it and saved money. I appreciate someone who does that. Could have came out and charged for the fix himself, and if I would have wanted him too he would have, but I I did it. Thanks so much
