6 years ago I called Carnival for a tow today and was pleasantly surprised at how at ease Sean put me when he showed up to give me a tow. I was already nervous with the situation with my car and he was very professional, very polite, knew his stuff about what he needed to do and he was calm, cool and collected. Which helped put my mind at ease. I hope every other employee Carnival has is as good as Sean.
