Edited 3 months ago The engagement was professional and polite. We discussed the situation, and how the team gained possession of the vehicle because the car was towed quickly. Essentially, the car ran out of gas and was left in a turn around shoulder lane on 42. My friend walked to my house about a mile away and by the time my kids were strapped in and we went back with fuel the car had been towed. Hey, stuff happens. They could have charged more but did not. I helped with their Google listing so hopefully they will have an accurate profile and location soon. Cheers

3 years ago Mr. Jarred Was awesome. My truck stopped running while my son and I was out running errands and Mr. Jarred was the only person available out of maybe 10 companies I had been calling. He showed up in remarkable time and even offered to give my son and I a ride home. His prices are reasonable and his customer service/ people skills are top notch. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely call him FIRST!
