4 weeks ago My Honda was stuck in my garage and would not start and the dashboard message said brake system failure. AAA called Hatch’s and Ray was there shortly. After checking my battery he said that all I needed was a new battery. He started the battery and I followed him to the freeway. He even called to check that I made it while I was at O”Reilly”s getting a new battery and having it installed for free (his advice). I had no concern at any time for my saftey. He was like the guy next door helping out a friend.. I will recommend Ray at Hatch to all my friends and family, and you too. Be sure and ask for Ray.

6 months ago I was leaving for the post office to mail a certified letter due out that day and noticed the steering pulling to the left before leaving my property. Left front flat and no spare. Hatch’s towing was dispatched by my insurance company and the driver saved the day because by the time he arrived all the tire shops were closed. How did that help? The driver noticed that my failed attempts at airing the tire was most likely due to my wife’s SUV’s weight being distributed to the front due to its downward angle on the hill. After jacking up the front, the tire accepted the compressors air and my wife and I were back in service. Thanks Hatch’s for hiring experienced drivers capable and willing to do whatever it takes in assisting in an emergency. You saved me valuable time.

10 months ago On July 30, 2025 I had a vehicle towed for the first time with Hatch’s Towing and when I say hands down one of the BEST TOWING companies I ever experienced. The tower was amazing and prompt. He was very professional. I can’t remember his name but I definitely remember his demeanor and his mannerism. I would definitely recommend Hatch’s for your Towing services.

a year ago The absolute best service I’ve ever received from a tow company. Friendly, helpful, and made light of a horrible situation. Our rental car broke down and Jimmy came to save us. His job was to pick up the vehicle and take it to the lot. There was 6 of us and we could not get an Uber. Jimmy shuttled all of us off the highway and to whataburger. But that’s not all. Enterprise could not come get us, or get us a ride. So Jimmy them drove me to enterprise to go get another car. SAVED THE DAY. Huge shout out to this company for allowing him to do this for us. And a HUGE shootout to Jimmy for taking care of us.
