10 months ago My husband and I have been using I-49 Towing for years! I will admit and say every time I’m in need of towing it’s never a pleasant situation for me! I’m always upset and can’t think straight to tend to towing and/or Insurance. My amazing husband tended to all these needs for me with I-49 towing. Over the years I honestly don’t have one single bad thing to say! I know I can confidently call I-49 as a returning customer they know my personal information and at most times has also handled everything with my personal Insurance because we have the towing benefit with it. So thanks to all the drivers and the receptionist for dealing with me and helping me and my husband throughout the years. My husband and I are very grateful for a honest and safe company. The price quoted was very affordable, and the representative who answered my call was extremely friendly, professional and informative. I did not need a tow for my vehicle after all, but I felt the need to let this business know that the dealership decided to tow my vehicle. I probably would not have called a business back as no details were finalized. But, because of the interaction over the phone, I wanted to let the very kind lady know what had happened and reassured her that I will recommend them and utilize them if needed.
