I have used Hayes Towing on two separate occasions, and both experiences were outstanding. On each encounter, the level of care, professionalism, and integrity shown—particularly by Mr. Steve Davis—set Hayes Towing apart from other companies in the industry. Mr. Davis was the driver dispatched during my first service call, and his professionalism immediately stood out. He was attentive, respectful, and genuinely concerned about ensuring both my safety and the proper handling of my vehicle. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and work ethic reflected someone who takes great pride in what he does and in the people he serves. I called and used this company based off the reviews and they did not disappoint. The dispatcher answered, was friendly gave me an estimate of price and time frame for driver to arrive. He was there rough on schedule. I almost missed him due to my eyes being heavy but Darryl was a great sport, good personality and very helpful.. if you’re in need a tow I suggest you give them a call.. they are reasonably priced.. again thanks for the service. I appreciate it..

Had a flat in Gonzales. Called and the lady on the dispatch was super helpful and very friendly. She helped me find a local tire shop, we did a three way call with them and the trucker who came to pick me up. Everyone was super nice, didn’t get any bad vibes at all! My assigned driver, Dante, came to get me in 30 minutes, charged me $215 flat and they take Apple Pay, Cash App, etc. While getting my tire changed, the driver told me stay in the car, he even took a picture of the old tire for me and showed me that I had 2 nails in it. He was friendly and a really good conversationalist. Thank you guys for your service! Best in the city!!

Dispatcher answered promptly during morning rush hour. Driver responded quickly to report that he was en route. Got directions quickly and clearly. Arrived very soon after. Handled my vehicle with respect, documented before loading. Was on his way to repair shop and arrived early with no issues. Would definitely use this service provider again. Cost was handled by provider through insurer (State Farm) with efficiency and professionalism.

Five stars for Darryl! He came out to tow my broken-down car and completely exceeded our expectations. Instead of just loading the vehicle, he took the time to investigate the problem. He clearly explained the failure, demonstrated deep mechanical knowledge, and got the car fully operable right then and there. He saved my sister hundreds of dollars in unnecessary mechanic fees. Thank you, Darryl, for your honesty and amazing service!

They have friendly, fast, and professional services. They dispatched the tow as soon as they received my call. They communicated with me above and beyond and they have reasonable pricing for clients. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs you have in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. They are liable, family oriented and owned, and trustworthy to tow and handle your vehicle with care.
