When they arrived 30 minutes later, the company locked the gates & we had no way to open the gates to let their technicians Mr Eddie in. Mr Eddie assured me no problem, we’ll be back first thing in the morning. Mr Eddie & his team serviced my truck, diagnosed the issue & fixed my derate issue. These guys were a tremendous help to us & i would recommend them to anyone for fast & thorough services. Great guys!

7 years ago RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE EVERY!!! I was stranded on the side of the road, late one night. Me being alone, I know I needed help and I needed it fast. So I called my roadside assistance service, I was told they would send someone out. From prior roadside assistance, I figured that I was going to be there for hours. So I was preparing to have someone pick me up and leave the vehicle. To my surprise, Downtown Towing Services arrived very quickly. The driver provided me with the best service every, which was very quick and efficient. I was back on the road so quick that I could not believe it. I would recommend Downtown Towing Services to everyone, I know because they have proven to be the best towing service in town.
