Kevin from Sadler’s Towing came out with a beautiful truck, all the equipment one could need, and had me back and running quickly. Arrival time was extremely short, not much longer than the distance from their shop to my house, pre-arrival call was noted and appreciated, and a mixture of kindness, speed, accuracy, and professionalism was above and beyond what I have come to expect from many businesses. Thanks to Kevin I was able to get my car up and running, fixed, and with plenty of time to finish my >900 mile journey. A+, fantastic, if you’re in a bind, give Sadler’s a call.

3 weeks ago Ricky towed my vehicle last night . Great guy awesome service! I provided the wrong phone number by accident and Ricky had a bad experience with the person on that call but still decided to drive out to the location where I was onside the road. Appreciate it Ricky!

7 months ago If anyone ever needs road assistance then Ricky is your guy at Sadlers Towing. He was courteous, prompt and very kind to both myself and my Mother. He made the whole process effortless. He deserves a much needed raise for his level of great customer service. The Tire Express at Walmart in Leesville should be completely closed. They provided little or no assistance and proceeded to walk back into the store waiting for us to leave because it was almost time to close. Because my vehicle was on the higher end of the spectrum and the tire was not in stock, they completely refused to accommodate us. Needless to say my roadside came in handy and Ricky took care of everything. Thanks Ricky for bringing a higher standard of customer service where others lack.

5 months ago They had my vehicle over a month and I told I couldn’t afford to get it out and told them my situation they work with me and gave me a better price then what it was. Higher recommended if the cops tow your vehicle and they ask who you recommend to tow it
