8 months ago When I say the Lord sent me Ms. Holly (the woman in the picture with me) THE LORD SENT HER TO ME!! My car was giving me problems and Ms. Holly was so sweet the minute I talked to her on the phone when she was on her way to pick me and my car up. I rode with her the shop, and she Told me all about her life!! Super interesting personality, she was telling me stories that made me SO Happy, So Sad, SO INTRUIGED, just overall so emotional! She takes care of the people around her and ESPECIALLY TO THE ONES WHO NEED HELP LIKE MYSELF. She has taught me life lessons that I will tape to the back of my hand for the rest of my life but to put all this into Perspective, She and this Company will help YOU get what’s done and guide you in the best way possible to take care of YOUR needs when you get into situations you never even would put your worst enemy in!! SHES A SWEETHEART AND I GAVE HER A HUG ‘CAUSE SHE FELT LIKE THE MOTHER I NEVER HAD! (And mind you were only in the car for 1 1/2 and she blew my mind and she has brought tears to my eyes when typing this. I love that woman)!!!!!!!!!

3 years ago We had a flat tire on our camper. Insurance kept calling tow truck companies that could not help us. So we called Louisiana Tow and Recovery. Dylan had us back on the interstate in about 15 minutes. Awesome service, friendly dispatcher. Highly recommend this company.

He towed my electric car safely onto the truck bed despite the narrowness of a > 200 feet driveway and 90 degree angle with the carport. Also arrived on time, maintained effective physical distance during this Covid-19 pandemic, and delivered the car on time to the service center.

a year ago Remarkably fast response when I had a trailer break down at dusk just before Christmas. My problem was not typical, and therefore required the driver to go back to his shop for more equipment and parts. Most important to me was the attitude of the gentleman (Dustin) that responded, which reduced my stress level immediately. I knew that he, and by extension the company, would fix my problem regardless of the unique challenges of the job – he was simply not going to let me down. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable for the complexity of the repair. I would call these folks for any mechanical breakdown in the Baton Rouge area.

9 months ago Stranded in middle of no where and two other towing companies took 2 hours and still hadn’t gotten to me. Louisiana Towing got to me in under 20min and got me and my vehicle home safely. Highly recommend.

3 years ago Amazing customer service! After waiting 6 hours from the previous provider that picked up for Progressive Roadside Assistance and no call. I asked for a new service provider. As soon as Mr. Dominique picked up the file, he called immediately. He told me not to worry, he was sorry about my previous experience but he was on his way. I wanted to make sure I left a great review for the business!
